Would you like to make a regular donation? There are two ways to do this:

1. By Standing Order: complete a Standing Order Form and take it to your bank. Or, if you use online banking, you can use the details on the form to set up a payment online. Don’t forget to Gift Aid it, below.

2. By Payroll Giving: did you know that you can arrange for your donation to be sent to us by your employer? And that it will include the Gift Aid already? It's very simple to do – just speak to your employer to ask if they offer it. If not, encourage them to do so. Many employers offer to match donations, also – definitely worth checking fo

Gift Aid it

Are you a UK taxpayer? By completing the following declaration you will increase your donation by up to 28% at no extra cost to you. You only need to do this once.

I am a UK taxpayer and I wish all donations to MS Therapy Centre Lothian to be treated as Gift Aid donations until further notice.

In order to Gift Aid your donation you must pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in each tax year at least equal to the tax that the MS Therapy Centre Lothian will claim from HM Revenue & Customs on your Gift Aid donation(s) for that tax year.

MS Therapy Centre Lothian will claim 25p for every L1 you donate, and the government will pay additional transitional relief of 3p on every L1 you donate up to 5th April 2011. This transitional relief does not affect your personal tax position. If you pay income tax at the higher rate, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self Assessment tax return if you want to receive the additional tax relief due to you. Please notify us if you change your name or address or wish to cancel this declaration.
