Give with Confidence
Give with Confidence is a self-regulation scheme for charities that are registered and raise funds in the UK. It is run by the Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB) and aims to protect donors and encourage best practice in fundraising.
There are 169,000 charities in England and Wales, but only 1,300 have so far signed up to the scheme.
As a member of the scheme, the Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre Lothian is making a public promise to:
- adhere to honesty, transparency, clarity and accountability in all fundraising activity
- follow the Institute of Fundraising's Codes of Fundraising Practice,
thus enabling you to Give with Confidence.
We hope that our membership will build trust and confidence in charitable giving and, ultimately, encourage more people to provide vital support to help everyone who is living with Multiple Sclerosis.
